There has been an increased number of homeowner association abuse reported to our organization.  If you or someone you know is experiencing an abusive situation in your community at the hands of your homeowner association which would include not being able to vote, being fined for some type of deed restriction violation other than non payment of maintenance fees, being threatened by foreclosure, trouble getting to see your association books and records, maintenance fee payments being returned because attorney fees not attached, exorbitant attorney fees added to your maintenance fees, failure to set up monthly payments when requested; applying your maintenance fee payments to penalties, fines and attorney fees before applying to your maintenance fees and any other problems sustained with your homeowner association, please submit the complaint form to our organization. 

PLEASE DO NOT FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THIS ORGANIZATION IF YOU ARE A VENDOR SELLING SERVICES OR MERCHANDISE.  DO NOT POST BOGUS INFORMATION TO ANNOY THE RECIPIENTS OF THIS INFORMATION AS YOU ARE TAKING AWAY TIME FROM REAL COMPLAINTS FOR REAL HOMEOWNERS.
