The National Homeowner’s Advocate Group, LLC ask that every homeowner in the state of Texas sign the petition in this article that was formulated by a Masters Social Work student at Texas A&M Commerce (Kristen Villeneuve) and some of her classmates regarding the issues of HOA foreclosures in the state of Texas.

We support their efforts and as a member of this group, we ask that you sign the petition and encourage a minimum of five other people to sign it as well. Please post the link on your websites and send it in your emails. It is imperative that we finally bring this heinous foreclosure issue to a successful end soon.

The premise behind the concept of homeowner associations is discussed at length in the book "Villa Appalling! Destroying the Myth of Affordable Community Living" by Vanitzian & Glassman.  The premise is really very simple; the homeowner association' s success depends on the constant replacement of those who can no longer afford to stay and pay.  Any owner depending on their "homeowner association" for "anything" will soon learn that the results inevitably lead to a loss of personal freedom and a diminished quality of life.
